At Studio One Minneapolis, we understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for both our guests and our business, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and reschedules.

Cancelation Policy

• 30+ Days Before Your Booking: Full refund available. No cancellation fee applies.
• 15-29 Days Before Your Booking: 50% refund or one-time reschedule at no additional cost.
• 7-14 Days Before Your Booking: No refund, but you may reschedule your session for a $50 rebooking fee.
• Less Than 7 Days Before Your Booking: No refunds or rescheduling allowed.
• Same-Day or No-Show: No refunds, no reschedules, and no credit will be issued.

We encourage all guests to plan accordingly to avoid losing their booking fee.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available for cancellations made 30+ days in advance or in cases where Studio One Minneapolis must cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
• No refunds will be provided for:
  
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days before the booking).
  • No-shows or late arrivals.
  • Guests who fail to use their full reserved time.
  • Cancellations due to personal scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or other external factors outside our control.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected events happen, so we offer a one-time reschedule option under the following conditions:

• More than 7 days before your session: You may reschedule at no cost.
• Less than 7 days before your session: Reschedules are subject to a $50 rebooking fee.
• Same-day reschedule requests or no-shows: No reschedules allowed.

All rescheduled bookings must take place within 90 days of the original date. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the booking.

Emergency Situations

If an emergency prevents you from attending your session, please contact us immediately. While we generally do not provide refunds or last-minute reschedules, we may offer studio credit on a case-by-case basis.

While insurance is not required, we strongly recommend renters have coverage.

• We are not liable for any accidents that may occur in the studio. Please supervise children and elderly guests.
• Renters are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• A valid credit card is required on file for liability purposes. Charges may be applied for damages, excessive mess, or necessary cleaning after written notice

• Cleaning Fees:
  
  • $75 for minor cleaning (e.g., putting props back, basic tidying).
  • Up to $200 for excessive cleaning, repainting, or wood floor damage.
• Overtime Fees:
  
  • $50 per additional 30 minutes.
  • $80 per extra hour.
  • $150 one-time fee if you overlap into another reservation.
• Damage Fees:
  
  • Charges are based on the cost of repair or replacement, up to $500.
